THE ORIGIN STORY

This coffee makes for a sweet cup with notes of candied orange and vanilla. Fernando Díaz owns and operates Finca Amatillo, a 50-acre farm in the growing region of Fraijanes east of Guatemala City. Díaz  is committed to quality, and learned to calibrate his growing and processing skills through competing in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence.
