THE ORIGIN STORY
Northern Peru is legendary for producing coffee with bright and rich flavors, and this cup is no exception. With notes of white grape and sweet rooibos tea, this 100% organically grown coffee is a true pleasure to drink.
Finca Sorgo Negro, named after the long purple grass that grows there, produces a variety of washed coffees that delight the palate with clean and crisp flavors. This family run, 4 hectare farm is nestled high in the mountains overlooking one of the many rivers of the Cerro Negro. After being de-pulped and washed, it is shade dried on raised beds for anywhere between 15-20 days.
