THE ORIGIN STORY
This well-balanced and rich coffee comes to us from Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetaleros (CENFROCAFE) in San Ignacio, an umbrella cooperative consisting of 2,000 local coffee producers. As part of this cooperative, the producers receive financing and training that allows them to attain both higher earnings and elevate the quality of their coffee. This coffee is also certified fair trade and organic.
