Honduras: Finca Mi Tazita

THE ORIGIN STORY
This Direct Trade from the farm Mi Tazita (translation: My Little Cup) has won first place prizes for its coffee in Honduras. We first met the owners, Angelica and Lorving on a sourcing trip in December 2011 and became the first to bring it to the US. We have been craft roasting their coffee every year since.
This coffee is honey processed and dries in much of its residual sugar. These sugars contribute to the sweetness and pronounced body within the cup.
