THE ORIGIN STORY
Our signature cold brew, this Direct Trade from the farm Mi Tazita (translation: My Little Cup) has won us over time and again. We first met the owners, Angelica and Lorving on a sourcing trip in December 2011 and became the first to bring these beans to the US. We have been craft roasting their coffee every year since.
This coffee is honey processed and dries in much of its residual sugar. These sugars contribute to the sweetness, complexity, and pronounced body within the cup.
