What is the cupping class?
Taste four featured coffees along side each other. Enhance your tasting experience, hone in on flavor notes, and learn how to perceive coffee like the experts!
Class begins with an introduction to the coffees we’ve selected for the day, their origins, producers, milling process, and roasting recipe. After a 20-30 minute cupping session, we will use categories such as flavor notes, acidity, balance, aftertaste, and mouth feel to discuss the differences between each of the offerings.

Do you want to learn the secrets behind Yellow Brick's craft roasted coffee? We would love to teach you!
This 60 minute class will introduce the basic principles of coffee roasting and how we develop our unique recipes to highlight specific tasting notes. Participants will get a hands-on approach while identifying sensory milestones, and learning the science and language applied to roasting. While the coffee is being cooled and packaged, instructors will lead an open discussion about the process. Then you will be on your way with your freshly roasted 12oz bag!
