THE ORIGIN STORY
This decaffeinated coffee is organically grown by the FEDESI cooperation in Chiapas. The co-op is made up of about 1,500 smallholder farmers that contribute their coffees to this organization, with each farmer tending to 1-1.5 hectares of land on average. This coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process which, a process which unlike many other decaffeination methods, introduces no chemicals. Experience excellence in decaf and get all of the flavor without the caffeine. This Mexican decaf coffee shines in espresso and is full of notes of milk chocolate and caramel.
