A rich and creamy body make for a well balanced, easy drinking cup. We taste milk chocolate, toffee and caramel, with some citric undertones and a delightfully creamy finish.
The Hernandez family grows coffee on a total of fewer than 3 hectares, in Puebla. The elevation here is higher than is generally seen in Mexico, and is ideal for heirloom varieties like Typica and Bourbon. The family delivers their coffee directly to the beneficio or mill in cherry form..
