The Origin Story

Gran Galope has a balance of sweetness, fruity effervescence, and a foundation of cocoa and toffee. Coffee from between 10–30 smallholder farmers within the Cauca region are sourced and purchased on a large scale by our importers.  Selections from Cauca are cupped and purchased in Popayán, Colombia. Combining lots from small holder farmers within Cauca allows farmers to earn more while contributing coffee that can be sold to a number of roasters.
